Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 777up account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. 777up employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777up reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 777up account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing times. 777up is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All funds deposited into your 777up account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777up reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 777up reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals subject to additional verification or security review.

777up reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or (d) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 777up are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty (20) times before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are detailed in each promotion's terms.
777up employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 777up reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the offending account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 777up is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the promotion.
All games available on the 777up Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.

777up's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777up account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777up makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

777up reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your 777up account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
777up reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
